In this episode Matt revisits one of his builder friends homes as a fan request. Jake Bruton is a second generation builder who owns Aarow Building in Columbia Missouri. He built this near passive house and we had to follow up to see it finished. Designed by Steve Baczek. We do a dual tour from both the architect and builders perspective.
