Home Construction Instruction iPhone iPad Building Science App IBS 2014
A building science iPhone app just might give users exactly the information they need, when they want it. In this video, Matt Risinger meets up with Mark LaLiberte, building science teacher at IBS 2014. LaLiberte describes a newly available iPhone app that brings a wealth of building science knowledge to your pocket and the job site. The Construction Instruction building app, which is free, has information about products, installation, techniques, datasheets, PDFs, and more. It allows someone at a job site to make sure their crew follows a certain approach or technique all of the time. It breaks through language barriers because it's visual. The demos walk the user through best practices in building science and enables builders to empower their crews.
