Communication is everything during construction. In order to convey the scale and layout of a current kitchen project, Jake's team built 3D models from foam insulation boards. While builders may easily understand scale and proportions from a drawing, many clients struggle to grasp the information. Building mockups like this eliminates confusion and gives clients a better understanding of where their project is headed.
