In 2009 I designed my First passive House. It was constructed in 2010 and certified in 2011. I learned A LOT from designing that house. Some of the details designed for that house I still use variations of today. In this video, I look at the Roof Eave detail. It had a number of requirements I had to solve for, and I did.
