Matt and Steve talk through the water system which includes a massive 55,000-gallon holding tank, and Eric Aune explains the house-side equipment. We're then joined by Jake Bruton to break down the floor system on the slab foundation. Finally, we get an overview of the ventilation strategy using a Zehnder ERV.
