Throughout my career I get to meet and work with many interesting people, some of them being clients. Many times clients search me out because my design values align with theirs. Rick Rys just so happens to be one of those clients. Rick is a natural leader, and a gentleman in search of the best answers, and when he can’t find them he takes it upon himself to develop the solution. Working with Rick and his wife on their home was nothing less than exceptional. Every discussion proved to be a learning experience. We shared thoughts, developed ideas, and in the end developed solutions. Together we knitted those solutions in a beautiful home, that in the end, can carry the title “Net Zero”.
